CoreFlareSec provides web development, system design, and cybersecurity consulting services. Our service offerings are described on the pricing page, but the final scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are defined in individual project agreements between CoreFlareSec and the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
When engaging CoreFlareSec for project work, clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the project
- Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
- Provide access to necessary systems, accounts, and environments as required
- Maintain confidentiality of any shared credentials, access keys, or sensitive information
- Ensure that all materials provided to CoreFlareSec do not infringe on third-party rights
4. Project Agreements
Individual projects are governed by separate agreements or Statements of Work (SOWs) executed between CoreFlareSec and the client. These Terms of Service serve as a general baseline and apply to all engagements unless explicitly overridden by a project-specific agreement.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices listed on the CoreFlareSec website represent starting points and general estimates. Final pricing is determined based on the specific scope, complexity, and requirements of each project.
Payment terms, milestones, and schedules are defined on a per-project basis within individual agreements. All prices are denominated in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all agreed-upon fees, the client owns the deliverables produced specifically for their project. CoreFlareSec retains the right to use general techniques, methodologies, tools, and knowledge gained during the engagement.
Any open-source components, libraries, or frameworks incorporated into deliverables remain under their respective open-source licenses. CoreFlareSec will disclose the use of such components upon request.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the course of an engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, technical architectures, proprietary code, and internal processes.
Security findings, identified vulnerabilities, and system details discovered during security consulting engagements are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available upon request for engagements requiring additional confidentiality protections.
8. Limitation of Liability
CoreFlareSec shall be liable only for direct damages, and such liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall CoreFlareSec be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of our services.
9. Service Availability
The CoreFlareSec website and support chat are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted availability of our website or communication channels.
We utilize Cloudflare infrastructure and industry-standard practices to maintain reliability and performance, but we make no warranties regarding continuous, error-free operation.
10. Acceptable Use
When using the CoreFlareSec website and services, you agree not to:
- Attempt to exploit, hack, probe, or abuse our systems, infrastructure, or website
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use our support chat or contact channels for spam, harassment, or abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or services
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing 30 days written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for work already completed or in progress remain due and payable.
CoreFlareSec reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if the client breaches these terms or any project-specific agreement.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
13. Changes to Terms
CoreFlareSec reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
